2. Data we process
When you use the contact form or contact us directly, we may process your name, email address, phone number, message and selected enquiry types. We may also process technical server-log data and briefly use your IP address to limit spam and abuse.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use the data to answer your enquiry, provide relevant property information and arrange a viewing. Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible agreement under GDPR Article 6(1)(b), and is based on our legitimate interests in managing the sales process and protecting the website against spam and abuse under Article 6(1)(f).
4. Recipients and processors
The website is hosted by Simply.com. Form messages are sent as transactional email through Brevo to the responsible contact person. Data may also be shared with relevant professional advisers or participants in a property transaction where necessary and lawful. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing without valid consent.
5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
If a supplier processes data outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is based on an approved transfer mechanism, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
Enquiries that do not result in a transaction are normally deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. Records relevant to a transaction, legal claim or statutory retention duty are kept only as long as necessary. The temporary spam control stores only a technical marker for approximately one minute. Server logs are retained under the hosting provider's applicable security routines.
7. Cookies and external services
We currently do not use analytics or marketing cookies on BlueHouseCPH.dk. The website uses only technologies necessary for operation and security. If non-essential technologies are added later, we will request consent before activating them. External links, such as Google Maps, are governed by the relevant service's own privacy policy after you leave this website.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability or object to processing. Contact us at morten@kirkevang.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency.
